The baby otter is the smallest otter in the world, but it’s no stranger to the headlines.
Its small size, small fur and adorable appearance have earned it the nickname baby animal.
Baby otters are also known as baby turtles, baby sea otters, and baby dolphin.
In the United States, they are protected under the Endangered Species Act.
But because of their small size and cute appearance, they have also earned them a reputation for cruelty.
In 2014, two Otter Island Bay fishermen were caught on camera taking baby otters for their dinner.
The videos, which went viral, led to a national investigation by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and an apology from the fishermen.
The U.K. Department of Environment said that the two fishermen have been removed from their jobs.
