“It’s the same thing we’re trying to do in all our products, which is get people to love what we do,” she said.
“People will buy from us if they feel comfortable with us, and then they will buy more stuff from us.”
The company has a similar strategy with toys: If you want to buy something for your child, it’s usually in the form of a baby squish.
“We have to keep a lot of the product as safe as we can,” she explained.
“But if we can make a baby shark squishable, that’s fantastic.”
